Nairobi National Park is a unique park located just outside the busy city of Nairobi, Kenya. It is only about 7 kilometers from the city center, making it one of the world’s few national parks located near a major city. The park covers 117 square kilometers and has a wide variety of animals, including lions, giraffes, zebras, and rhinos.

The park is known for its beautiful scenery, with the city skyline visible in the background while you watch the animals roam freely. Nairobi National Park is also home to many bird species, making it a great place for birdwatching.

One of the park’s main attractions is the Nairobi Animal Orphanage, where injured or orphaned animals are cared for before being released back into the wild.

Despite being close to a busy city, Nairobi National Park offers a peaceful escape to experience wildlife and nature up close. It’s the perfect place for a half-day safari, and you can easily visit it during a trip to Nairobi!
