TOUR PLAN
Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to your hotel.
Time at leisure to relax after your international flight and recover from jet lag.

Day 2: Nairobi to Ol Pejeta Conservancy
Enjoy your early breakfast at 0630hrs, and then check out and departure at 0700hrs.
Drive to Ol Pejeta Conservancy. This scenic drive takes you north through changing landscapes with views of Mount Kenya region as you approach Laikipia.
Arrive in time for check in and lunch at Sweet Water’s Serena Camp.
Ol Pejeta is East Africa’s largest black rhino sanctuary and one of Kenya’s most successful conservation areas. It is also home to:
- The last two remaining northern white rhinos in the world
- A thriving population of black and white rhinos
- Chimpanzees rescued from West and Central Africa
- Lions, elephants, Grevy’s zebras, giraffes, and many more species
The conservancy offers a blend of wildlife, conservation education, and exclusive safari experiences.
1530hrs – Enjoy tea/coffee at the lobby.
1600hrs – Leave the camp for afternoon Activities
Rhino Sanctuary Visit
Drive through the protected rhino areas where you have excellent chances of seeing both black and white rhinos at close range.
Your guide will explain:
- Rhino conservation strategies
- Anti-poaching initiatives
- Community involvement in conservation
Chimpanzee Sanctuary Visit
Visit the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary- the only place in Kenya where you can see chimpanzees. Learn about rescue stories and rehabilitation programs.
Continue exploring the conservancy in search of:
- Elephants
- Lions
- Hyenas
- Jackson’s hartebeest
- Grevy’s zebra
- Birdlife species
Ol Pejeta allows night game drives (optional at extra cost), giving opportunity to spot nocturnal wildlife such as aardvarks, bush babies, and possibly leopards.
1830hrs- Return to Sweetwater’s Serena Camp before sunset.
Day 3: Ol Pejeta to Amboseli National Park
Have your early breakfast at 0630hrs, and then check out and depart for your next destination at 0700hrs.
Drive south through Maasai land to Amboseli National Park.
Arrive in time for lunch and check in at the Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge.
1530hrs – Coffee/Tea at the lobby.
Afternoon Game Drive (1600hrs – 1830hrs)
Amboseli is famous for:
- Large elephant herds
- Big cats
- Swamp ecosystems
- Spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro
Return to the lodge at sunset.
Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 4: Full day in Amboseli
0615hrs– 1130hrs – morning Game Drive with packed breakfast. Best time for clear views of Mount Kilimanjaro and active predators.
1130hrs- Return for early lunch and relaxation by the pool.
1530hrs- Coffee/tea at the lobby
1600hrs- Afternoon Extended Game Drive where you will drive towards scenic viewpoints and elephant corridor
End the day with a private bush sundowner setup;

- Scenic sunset views
- Classic African safari ambiance
Return to lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Amboseli to Soysambu Conservancy
After breakfast, depart for the scenic Soysambu Conservancy in the Great Rift Valley
Arrive at Elementaita Manor hotel in time for check in and lunch.
1530hrs- Coffee/tea at the lobby
1600hrs- Afternoon game drive at Soysambu Conservancy, a private sanctuary known for its rich biodiversity and breathtaking landscapes.
Spot giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and an incredible variety of birdlife, including flamingos along the lake shores.
The conservancy also offers a more intimate and less crowded safari experience.
Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and overnight, surrounded by the serene beauty of Lake Elementaita.
Day 6: Lake Elmentaita, Soysambu to Masai Mara NR
After breakfast at 0700hrs, depart south toward the iconic Masai Mara National Reserve, part of the Serengeti ecosystem.
En-Route Experience:
- Pass through the Great Rift Valley floor with panoramic escarpment views
- Maasai cultural stops available for optional photos and interactions
- Scenic drive through savannahs dotted with acacia trees
Arrive at Ilkeliani Luxury Camp in time for check in and lunch.
1530hrs- Coffee/Tea at the lobby
1600hrs – Afternoon Game Drive
Begin your first exploration of the Mara plains:
- Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, rhino) sightings
- Plains game: wildebeest, zebra, topi, and gazelle
- Birding opportunities with vultures, eagles, and secretary birds
Return to the camp at sunset for dinner and overnight.
Day 7: Full day in Masai Mara
Day 8: Masai Mara to Nairobi
