Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to your hotel.
Time at leisure to relax after your international flight and recover from jet lag.

After breakfast, depart for a full day exploring Nairobi’s most iconic wildlife attractions, perfectly combining game viewing with close-up conservation experiences.

Nairobi National Park – Morning Game Drive
Begin your adventure at Nairobi National Park, the only national park in the world located within a capital city. Enjoy an exciting morning game drive in search of lions, rhinos, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, and numerous bird species all set against the striking backdrop of Nairobi’s skyline. The early hours provide the best opportunity to spot wildlife at its most active.

Elephant Orphanage Visit (1100hrs – 12noon)
Visit the famous David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust during public viewing hours to see rescued baby elephants and learn about conservation efforts.

Giraffe Centre Visit
Later, visit the Giraffe Centre for a unique up-close encounter with the endangered Rothschild giraffes. From a raised platform, enjoy the opportunity to hand-feed these gentle animals and learn more about their conservation.
Return to your hotel in the afternoon, marking the end of a memorable day filled with wildlife, conservation, and authentic Nairobi experiences.

After breakfast, depart at 0700hrs south toward the iconic Masai Mara National Reserve, part of the Serengeti ecosystem.
En-Route Experience:

  • The Great Rift Valley floor with panoramic escarpment views
  • Maasai cultural stops available for optional photos and interactions
  • Scenic drive through savannahs dotted with acacia trees

Arrive at Mara Crossings Camp in time for check in and lunch.
1530hrs- Coffee/Tea at the lobby
Afternoon Game Drive (1600hrs -1830hrs)
Begin your first exploration of the Mara plains:

  • Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, rhino) sightings
  • Plains game: wildebeest, zebra, topi, and gazelle
  • Birding opportunities with vultures, eagles, and secretary birds

Return to the lodge at sunset for dinner and overnight in the lodge overlooking rolling Mara hills.

After breakfast, depart with packed lunch for a full day game drive in the Masai Mara National Reserve.
Spend the day tracking lions, cheetahs, elephants, and herds of wildebeest and zebra across the open plains.
Enjoy your packed lunch boxes in the bush at a scenic location surrounded by wildlife.
Explore different regions of the reserve to maximize wildlife sightings and photography opportunities.
Return to the camp at sunset for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, depart for the scenic Great Rift Valley to Lake Naivasha.
Arrive Naivasha Sopa Lodge in time for check in and lunch.
1530hrs- Coffee/tea at the lobby
1600hrs- Afternoon enjoy a boat ride on Lake Naivasha, gliding past pods of hippos and a rich variety of birdlife including fish eagles, pelicans, and cormorants.
The calm waters and beautiful surroundings make for a peaceful and picturesque experience.
Return to the resort in the evening for dinner and overnight, enjoying the calm and scenic surroundings of Lake Naivasha.

Breakfast at 0630hrs and departure at 0700hrs.
Drive south through Maasai land to Amboseli National Park.
Arrive in time for lunch and check in at the Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge.
1530hrs – Coffee/Tea at the lobby.
1600hrs – Afternoon Game Drive
Amboseli is famous for:

  • Large elephant herds
  • Big cats
  • Swamp ecosystems
  • Spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro

Return to the lodge at sunset.
1800hrs- Dinner and overnight at the lodge

0615hrs– 1130hrs – morning Game Drive with packed breakfast. Best time for clear views of Mount Kilimanjaro and active predators.

Return to the lodge for lunch and relaxation by the pool.

1530hrs- Coffee/tea at the lobby

1600hrs- Afternoon Extended Game Drive. You will drive towards scenic viewpoints and elephant corridor

End the day with a private bush sundowner setup:

  • Selected drinks
  • Snacks
  • Scenic sunset views
  • Classic African safari ambiance

Return to lodge for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, depart for the Kenya–Tanzania border and proceed to Arusha.
Upon arrival in Arusha, you will be transferred to Gran Meliá Arusha for check-in and late lunch.
Spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure Enjoy views of Mount Meru and the surrounding coffee plantation
Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Arrive in time for lunch at Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge, spectacularly perched on the rim of the crater with panoramic views over the caldera below.

1530hrs- Coffee/tea at the lobby

1600hrs- Afternoon Extended Game Drive. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a spectacular game drive

The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest volcanic caldera and a UNESCO World Heritage Site offering one of the highest concentrations of wildlife in Africa

Spot the Big Five, including rhinos, lions, elephants, and large herds of plains game.

After the crater tour, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight

After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park,

Enjoy an enroute scenic game drive with clear views of the landscapes and wildlife in Serengeti

Serengeti National Park is Tanzania’s oldest and most iconic park, famous for its endless plains

It hosts one of the largest wildlife populations in Africa It’s also part of the Great Migration ecosystem shared with the Masai Mara.

Arrive at Serengeti Dove Camp for check-in and late lunch.
1600hrs- Leave the camp for your afternoon game drive.

Spot lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, and massive herds of wildebeest and zebras.

Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Spend a full day exploring the remarkable Serengeti ecosystem with morning and afternoon game drives and packed lunch boxes

After breakfast and check out, fly back to Arusha

Upon arrival in Arusha, you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), for your homebound flight.
